When meditation sessions are held in the studio, this is what to expect:

The weekly meditation session is a simple and accessible practice that is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. The

John offers a weekly meditation space where people can learn to meditate or continue to deepen their own practice. They can take the opportunity to clear away their mental or emotional overload through quiet meditation.

During the session people may receive healing and some experience personal transformation..John creates an atmosphere where you can come and feel safe and practice without the hard work of doing it alone.

John's weekly meditation class is currently offered on Thursday evenings and is a rare and unique offering where people can find support for their own meditation practice. The practice is non-denominational and open to all, regardless of what traditions or practices you may follow.

No booking required - please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.

When its safe this is what you can expect:

Meditating in a group environment is supportive and nurturing, creating a level of safety where people can drop into a deeper space. John speaks from heart to heart creating a sense that he is speaking to each individual personally. John mirrors back information to the group such as common themes or obstacles that people may be encountering in their daily lives.

 

Generally people who attend regularly feel more powerful and stronger in their careers and within themselves. Some may move through great change in a short space of time and feel uplifted in many ways. Others experience profound stillness after the meditation, feeling lighter and brighter. The mind feels clearer and having more clarity allows them to respond appropriately in the moment. They feel self-empowered.

After coming along to the weekly meditation group many people feel inspired to do more intensive work on themselves, either through private sessions or meditation workshops. The weekly meditation group can also assist workshop participants to stay on track.
