
Self Love Meditation
Many of us seek a sense of inner fulfillment. We strive for excellence with the aim to raise ourselves up and perform to our greatest capacity. For over forty-five years, John Morris helped people with their personal growth and to find fulfillment in their daily lives.
John offered a number of healing modalities, such as meditation, workshops and individual sessions. John worked to support people so that they may move beyond their pain, to heal and find a greater sense of peace and well-being. To achieve this state requires dedication and commitment to furthering one's own personal development, healing pain and gently resolving stressors and anxieties that prevent progress toward living the life you desire and deserve.

In John's presence people frequently experienced genuine, powerful change through meditation. People from all walks of life have found that the safe space John created gave them what they need to go inside themselves to resolve issues and heal past hurts, such as challenges that prevent them from moving forward and finding peace. John assisted people to bring out the best in themselves.
John passed away in July 2025, yet his presence continues to be deeply felt. Those who spent decades learning from him now carry forward his teachings through the meditation classes and workshops he entrusted to them.
Many who attend these gatherings speak of sensing John’s gentle guidance and healing energy still at work — a reminder that his spirit continues to grace each session from the other side.
Through the devoted facilitators, his wisdom flows on, creating spaces of stillness, peace, and transformation just as he always did.
